De meeste tools voor productieplanning tekenen prachtige Gantt-charts waar niemand iets mee kan. In uScheduler Production is elke cel op het planbord een beslissing die je kunt nemen. Sleep een order en capaciteit, gereedschap, kwalificaties, volgorde en materiaalbeschikbaarheid werken direct bij. Past iets niet, dan zie je het meteen. Auto-Plan stelt een startpunt voor en de planner stelt het bij. Op de werkvloer verandert niets tot de planner vastlegt. Capacity and parts, checked together.

A plan only works if the machine hours and the components both line up on the day. uScheduler checks capacity and material availability in the same pass, at planning time and every time you drag, so a move that would start without hours or without parts is flagged before it's committed.

Live capacity, in-line
Every view shows available hours against committed hours, per work centre, machine centre, shift, day or week. Overload shows up where it happens, right on the board. The capacity picture follows you across the app.
BOM-aware material check
The check goes down to the BOM line. Each item, quantity and date is checked against on-hand stock, expected receipts and existing reservations. Shortages are named, with the missing component and the date.
Expected receipts respected
If a PO is due Tuesday, the plan won't use that material before Tuesday. It looks at incoming receipts as well as what's on the shelf, so nobody in the warehouse gets a surprise at 06:00.

Capacity-only planning produces a clean schedule that the warehouse breaks at start-of-shift. Material-only planning ignores the bottleneck on the floor. Both have to be true at once: hours available, parts available, on the same day, on the same order. uScheduler checks both together, so if a move breaks either one, you see why straight away.
