Who we are
OPEXIS B.V. — registered in the Netherlands (CoC 98807889), based at Lintelerweg 40, 7556 PD Hengelo. We act as the data controller for data we collect about visitors to this website, and as the data processor for personal data inside our apps (where our customer is the controller).
What we collect
From the website: any details you give us in a form (name, work email, company, message), plus basic, anonymised traffic data if you opted into analytics.
From the apps: only the data needed to run the feature you are using inside Business Central. We do not export, sell, or share customer data.
Why we hold it
To reply to your message, to deliver and support the apps you have subscribed to, and to meet our legal and financial obligations as a Dutch software company.
How long we keep it
Form submissions: up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Customer data inside the apps: for as long as the contract is active, plus the legally required retention period after termination.
Anonymised analytics: 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email info@opexis.nl with the request. We respond within one business week.
