Two to four people own a product end to end, from design and code to support.

Most discussion happens in writing. Two short standing meetings a week. Calendars are mostly empty.

We keep on-call, deploys and tests boring. If there’s drama, something is wrong.

Customers come to us.
Engineers do support shifts. The fastest way to know what is broken is to hear from the person it broke for.
