uShopFloor
From paper and confusion to clarity on the floor.
Many shop floor environments still rely on paper, disconnected tools, or unclear instructions. uShopFloor translates planning into clear, executable tasks designed for gloves, noise and real environments. The interface is intentionally simple — no training should be required. Inline quality checks, materials consumption, machine status and issue capture all happen on the same screen the operator is using anyway — so the loop between planning and execution stays closed.

Quality inline. Not a separate department.
Inline quality checks at the moment they should happen — first-piece, in-process, final. The operator captures measurements, photos and a pass/fail. Out-of-spec results route to QA without the operator having to know who QA is. Built on top of Business Central's native quality management — same setup, same records, same posting; no parallel system to maintain.
Quality where it is made.
Quality discovered at final inspection is quality lost. A part that has had four operations before failing inspection has cost four times what it should. uShopFloor makes inline checks the default — and tracks them well enough that auditors can see the chain.
- Quality checkpoints attached to routing steps
- Measurement, observation and photo capture
- Min/max validation with automatic out-of-spec flagging
- Hold and release workflow with QA notification
- Per-batch and per-piece check modes
- Audit-ready trail: who measured, when, what tool
