Delivery, Project & Service Planning

uScheduler Project / Service / Sales

One plan, one reality — for everything after production.

For the phase after production: delivery, installation, service or project execution. Brings all outbound activities together into an intuitive overview, planned against capacity, skills, geography, deadlines and material availability. One thing we add: we also check whether the needed materials are available at that time of execution. Sales, logistics and engineers all read the same board — so promises get kept and surprises become rare.

uScheduler P/S/S · Skills & Qualifications

The right person for the job.

Not every engineer can do every job. Some need a certification. Some need a manufacturer's training. Some need a security clearance. uScheduler treats skills as a first-class constraint — a job only goes to someone qualified to do it.

Skills and certifications per engineer
Forklift licence, refrigerant handling, manufacturer training, security clearance — each with an expiry date the system tracks.
Required skills per activity
Each activity type carries its required skills. The planning board will not assign an unqualified engineer; the auto-router avoids them.
Expiry warnings
A certification expiring in 60 days gets a flag. In 30 days, an alert. In 7 days, a manager email. No engineer ever gets caught with a lapsed cert mid-job.
What you see

A planner who knows who can do what.

Skill matching is often kept in a spreadsheet that nobody updates. uScheduler keeps it next to the plan — so the constraint is enforced when it matters, not discovered when an engineer is on-site without the right ticket. Compliance becomes operational, not paperwork.

  • Skill catalogue with expiry-tracking per engineer
  • Required skills per activity type and per customer
  • Auto-block on unqualified assignment
  • Forward expiry warnings (60 / 30 / 7 days)
  • Skill-coverage report (where are we thin?)
  • Renewal workflow integration with HR / training systems

When this matters

Signals you'd reach for this.

01
Cert lapses are discovered on site
An engineer turns up to a job needing a current refrigerant licence. Their licence lapsed last week. They drive back.
02
New customer, new skill required
A customer's site requires a security clearance you do not formally track. The planner discovers this by mistake.
03
Skill cover is fragile
Three out of four engineers with skill X happen to be on holiday the same week. Without a cover report, nobody sees the risk.
04
Training and planning live apart
Training records in HR. Skill assignment in planning. When the two drift, the plan is wrong.
