Five apps. Same data. One operation.
Purpose-built apps for the work Business Central doesn't quite reach. Strong alone — and they compound when you combine them.
uPurchase
Demand forecasting and purchasing, in one screen.
uPurchase is the demand-forecasting and inventory-intelligence layer Business Central never had. It classifies every SKU, forecasts demand by location, sizes safety stock against a chosen service level, applies supplier calendars and lead times, weighs carrying cost against stockout risk — and then turns the whole picture into concrete, explainable purchase suggestions. Every recommendation answers the question "why" before you have to ask it: the forecast, the safety stock, the lead time and the current position all live on the same row as the quantity. Edit any number and the projected stock curve updates before anything is committed to Business Central. Purchasers get to challenge the numbers instead of trusting them blind, and controllers see service level, stockouts and excess as daily KPIs rather than monthly autopsies.

uScheduler Production
A production plan you can actually execute.
Most production planning tools draw beautiful Gantts that nobody can act on. uScheduler Production starts from the opposite premise: every cell on the board is a decision waiting to be made. Drag an order and capacity, tooling, qualifications, sequencing and material availability all update instantly — if something does not fit, it becomes visible. Auto-Plan proposes a feasible starting point; the planner refines it; nothing changes on the floor without the planner committing. The result is a plan you can show on a screen above the line without explaining, and defend in a sales meeting when somebody asks "when can we ship it?".

uScheduler Project / Service / Sales
One plan, one reality — for everything after production.
For the phase after production: delivery, installation, service or project execution. Brings all outbound activities together into an intuitive overview, planned against capacity, skills, geography, deadlines and material availability. One thing we add: we also check whether the needed materials are available at that time of execution. Sales, logistics and engineers all read the same board — so promises get kept and surprises become rare.

uShopFloor
From paper and confusion to clarity on the floor.
Many shop floor environments still rely on paper, disconnected tools, or unclear instructions. uShopFloor translates planning into clear, executable tasks designed for gloves, noise and real environments. The interface is intentionally simple — no training should be required. Inline quality checks, materials consumption, machine status and issue capture all happen on the same screen the operator is using anyway — so the loop between planning and execution stays closed.

uFieldService
Engineer execution, native to Business Central.
Field service operations are often split across multiple systems and manual steps. uFieldService centralises the engineer-execution side of that workflow. Engineers receive digital work orders with customer details, asset history, work instructions and required materials — sourced from either the Project module or the Service module of Business Central, whichever fits the job. Engineers register their own time and time for coworkers, add materials by scan, work fully offline, communicate with customers from the app, and capture a customer signature on-site. Everything posts straight back to Business Central — no re-keying, no paper bridge.
