About OPEXIS

A consultancy that admitted what its customers actually needed.

The gaps in Business Central are well known. Customers fill them with the same workarounds, again and again. So we packaged them up.

The team

Eight people. One opinion about software.

Half of us came from Business Central partners. The other half came from the customer side — from companies that bought enterprise software and lived with the consequences. We knew exactly what we did not want to build.

We are small, focused, and deliberately so. We all talk to customers. We all use the apps before they ship. The people writing the code sit two desks away from the people who will demo it on Monday, and nothing leaves the office until both are happy.

Our principle

Open it. Know what to do.

That is the entire bar. If you have to be trained to use our software, we failed. Everything else flows from this.

We were on the receiving end first.

Most of our team came from companies that bought enterprise software and lived with the consequences. We know what bad feels like — because we used it.

We build for the people, not the org chart.

The person opening uShopFloor is wearing gloves. The person opening uPurchase wants to leave at 5. We design for them, not for the executive who signed the contract.

One thousand times no for every yes.

Features are easy to add. Hard to remove. We say no a lot. The apps stay sharp because of what we left out.

We ship products, not projects.

You can install our apps from AppSource. There is no six-month implementation. The implementation is "install and configure".
